Nailed It! Our Teamwork Completely Transformed This Home Remodel
Our Teamwork Made The Dream Work On
Jon’s Southeast Michigan Home Remodel
One Vision, Multiple Crews, Stunning Results
When you need your Southeast Michigan home remodeled, finding a company that operates with seamless teamwork is a must. Beyond communicating with you, they need to be able to share essential details among one another, especially on a multi-crew project.
Jon had an intricate project involving his 19th-century farmhouse and needed a dependable home remodeling team capable of completing the job. He reached out to us at Kroll Construction and was thrilled with the results.
Our experience with Kroll Construction has been exceptional. Given that our home is an 1800s farmhouse with multiple additions, no project is ever straightforward.
While this certainly wasn’t our everyday, run-of-the-mill project, we didn’t shy away from the challenge. And our teamwork ensured we delivered an outstanding experience.
A Well-Defined Home Remodel
For more complex projects, it’s essential to have a well-defined plan in place. And Jon’s project was no exception.
The owner recognized this and personally came out for the initial visit to help us develop a comprehensive plan to re-roof the entire house, resurface the balconies, add new railings, and install three new toilets.
We always actively listen to your needs during your initial visit. Our goal is always the same – to bring your vision to life exactly as you want it.
So, when you call for a consultation, we won’t rush you, twist your arm into a sale, or sell you something you didn’t ask for or don’t need. Instead, we’ll take your needs, wants, and goals and shape them into a concrete plan to transform your home.
Always Professional Home Remodeling Contractors
When you trust Kroll Construction with your home, you can always count on our total professionalism. Jon noticed and appreciated our commitment to promptly answering questions and addressing concerns.
Unfortunately, Jon’s project didn’t always go according to the plan we initially laid out. But our ability to overcome obstacles and think outside the box was invaluable when it came to making the right adjustments.
As expected with a home of this age, we’ve had to adjust our plan a few times.
Our crews’ Project Managers flawlessly communicated with one another to navigate each issue. We kept the project moving smoothly, ensuring Jon and his family always had all the information they needed to make the best decision that aligned with their needs.
I’ve been impressed with the varied expertise on the Kroll team and the level of collaboration the project managers have had with one another, with their workers, and with us to find the best solutions and to help us make informed decisions about our options.
At Kroll Construction, communication is key to everything we do. We recognize that this is a significant issue across the home improvement industry, so we strive to do things differently.
