Rave Reviews From Our SE Michigan Customers

The job was excellent. Kroll Construction did everything that they promised. I was impressed with their efficiency. The inspection done by the city gave me a green tag. I had a good experience.

I just had my gutters redone by Kroll Construction and they look amazing. The whole process was simple and fast. From getting a quote to cost and scheduling they really took care of us. I was nervous being a first time home owner and with out a doubt put my full trust in Kroll Construction and will 100% be using their services for future jobs. The crew was fast and professional and even covered up my landscaping that my fiancee worked hard to make look nice, which was something small but really spoke to the professionalism of the work.

I have worked at Kroll for over a year now, and I'll be honest I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into at first. I feel like construction companies and sales people get a bad rap, but over the last year I have been able to witness first hand the ways this company constantly goes above & beyond, and the improvements they are making every day. The level of accountability and attention to customer experience that the owners strive for is inspiring and admirable. They also completed a roof & gutters at my parent's house and did an amazing job, it's been a month and my mom is still taking about how nice it looks. Very proud to be a member of the Kroll team.

Did a phenomenal job on the exterior. New windows, front door, and paint. Very happy with the work. Robert did a gret job up front explaining the process and working the pricing. The installers did a great job putting everything in. There was a manufacturer defect issue on an item, but the service call was set up immediately to fix and they got out and made everything right in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Preston Dixon came to my home evaluated what I needed and gave me a quote. Very nice and professional young man. I was very impressed.

The project foreman was outstanding! He communicated with us well every time there was an issue. We are very satisfied with the conclusion we decided upon.

The Kroll team was a very professional and thorough. The work was finished in a timely manor and everything left clean a tidy.

Kroll Construction is amazing. The people are so kind. They're generous enough to host our organization (Detroit Animal Care and Control) for our dog adoption event. Check out Kroll Construction for your construction needs!

Kroll did a fantastic job on my Mother's roof. She was thrilled with Scott, he impressed her greatly and she's not easy to please. They were very thorough and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

I had the pleasure of working for Kroll construction for about a year when I moved to Michigan. During that time I was welcomed into the company and treated like a member of their family. They upheld their commitment to family values and even during the Covid pandemic when so much was uncertain they were there, every step of the way to help in anyway they could. They took every measure necessary to make sure myself as well as their other employees had a job when the stay at home ban was lifted while also keeping our health and safety in mind. Kroll Construction was a place I felt listened to and respected, I am sad to say farewell. But if I had the choice I would jump at the chance to work for them again.

One of my latches broke on my front bay window. Bob called me same day and set up a time that worked for us to come and fix it. He is so kind and very professional, he had it fixed in no time!

Very satisfied with my new gutters. Workers were professional with a work ethic of integrity. Gutters have been through couple storms and draining great. Satisfied with price and getting job done within couple weeks of quote. Thank you and highly recommend!

Kroll construction roofing contractor has worked on several of my friends businesses and homes. They are not only very competitive in pricing but reliable and do a professional job. I recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repair.

Loved working with Kroll Construction. They do an absolutely amazing job at what they do! If you are looking to get any work done around your house, please give them a call!

I’m so happy with my roof, siding and gutters that Kroll Construction did on my house. Andy kept in touch with me the whole time about the progress of my siding. My house looks completely new. I totally recommend them.

Worked with Eric B after getting some hail damage to my shingles. He was excellent to work with and handled dealing with the insurance company getting the roof replacement and board (boards weren’t up to code, they were too thin), completely covered by insurance. Mo was the lead on the job the day of the roof replacement and was attentive to anything we needed and making sure we were taken care of. He even pulled an old antenna out of my attic for me since they had the boards off.

The construction crew was very professional. They explained everything including their time frame for completing the roof. Their prep and clean up was perfect. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I would certainly recommend them to others.

During our Stay Home Stay Safe order, I discovered a roof leak and was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a construction company during the order. I called Kroll Construction at the recommendation of a coworker of mine. Within a few hours I had a salesman at my home. He was extremely considerate of my family's safety during this time. I appreciated the care and concern. We ended up signing a contract, and within 3 days I had a beautiful new roof. The roofers were prompt and courteous. The clean up impressive. Thank you Kroll Construction for the amazing job.

Bob fixed my bathroom window, didn't have to replace the window, which I was worried about. Professional, efficient.

Bob did an amazing job repairing my windows. I really appreciated his advice on how to maintain proper functionality. He very pleasant and easy to work with.
