An Exterior & Interior Contractor In SE Michigan
Backed By Family Roots And Personal,
“Call-You-By-Name” Service
With A Rock-Solid Staff And
Core Values That Deliver
Top-Quality… Built On Trust
Our beginnings are humble. It all started when the late Kroll Construction founder, Al Kroll, went door to door in 1961 looking to build a roof renovation business in Greater Detroit.
Later, after things took off and we expanded, Al continued that hard Detroit-inspired work ethic every day he was in the office. There was actually a running joke (it wasn’t really a joke as it was completely true) that “he outworks everyone.”
Not that we didn’t and don’t aspire to work just as hard as Al Kroll did… but he just couldn’t be beat. What we DID do, though, was hold on to that relentless pursuit of achieving excellence that led us to where we are today as Southeast Michigan’s leading exterior and interior remodeler.
Today, we’ve built a rock-solid staff and core values centered on trust, quality, and personalized service. But our team isn’t just highly skilled – they’re dedicated to knowing you by name.
You see, we take pride in being the “local guys who have your back,” ensuring every project is handled with the care and attention it deserves – even after we clean up your property and pack our trucks (our lines stay open for you!).
Over the years, we’ve expanded this expertise, but our foundation remains the same: “Relationships Built on Trust since 1961.”
We’re committed to continuing Al’s legacy and delivering the highest-quality work to every customer, whom we treat as a valued Southeast Michigan neighbor.
